Shiv Ram Singh is a highly skilled Software Technologist I at Philips with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. In his previous role as a Senior Technical Leader at Huawei, Shiv contributed to all stages of software development lifecycle. He designed, implemented, and maintained Java-based Payment application (Direct carrier billing) for Russia, Europe, and Asia. He was also involved in technical and high-level design meetings with business customers, envisioning system features and functionality conforming with business goals. Shiv created detailed design documentation, conducted software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, and participated in configuration management, change management activities, code, and architectural reviews. As a Senior Software Engineer at Cerner, Shiv developed new client-based algorithms on top of population health for various Person-based and Event-based registries. The outcomes generated from this algorithm are used in HealtheRegistries and HealtheIntent console used by various clients for monitoring and reviewing its population data and taking necessary action on population health. Shiv used Java as a platform for entire development along with Jenkins as a build system and Junit for writing mock test cases. His team followed scrum-based methodologies and Agile framework for the entire development cycle. Shiv holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kalasalingam University. He also completed his Higher Secondary Education from DAV Public School, Ranchi, and Senior Secondary Education from Kairali School, Ranchi. Shiv's technical skills include Spring, AWS, Java, test, Javascript, MySQL, Spring Boot, Software Engineer, and Jenkins.
